Porter Tote vs. Rustic Tote

 - The Porter tote and Rustic totes are available in the SAME SIZES.  Both hides are oil tanned and have a 'pull up'  effect.  They require minimal care and break in/age wonderfully!  The difference is the weight of the leather.  Porter totes are made out of thicker leather and and have rolled and sewn handles.  This is the best choice if you are looking for a work bag or plan on carrying your laptop and other heavier items.  Rustic totes are a bit thinner (still hold a good amount of weight) and are made from domestic cattle and tanned in the US.

 - International shipping is available through the Etsy Shop.

Returns

 - I accept returns of any undamaged item if the item is shipped back to me within 7 days of receiving. I will refund the purchase price less shipping once I receive the undamaged item. No returns on custom orders. Please contact me to initiate a return or exchange. Items need to be returned in boxes, not bags or envelopes (they get damaged in the mail). In order to ensure delivery, it is highly recommended that you get tracking with your order. For exchanges your original shipping cost will be refunded once the item is received and you will either be refunded the difference of your new item or invoiced for the overage + shipping. If you are buying an item in advance for a gift, please note in your order that you will need more than the 7 day return period.

+HOLIDAY ORDERS+

Orders placed 11/1-12/31 will have an extended return policy and must be returned to me no later than 1/7/17.  Please follow all return instructions previously described.

Leather Care

 - Our leather goods are made with oil tanned leather.  This means that the hide is already treated with oil and wax.  This tanning method keeps the leather conditioned for a long time, you will only need to treat it every once in a while.  Choose a good leather conditioner or oil and test it in a small inconspicuous spot on your bag before fully treating it.  Oil tanned leather will age with you, and just look better after every wear!

Lead Time

 - Most items ship out within 7-10 days of placing your order.  During the holidays lead times may be longer due to high order volume.  Order cut offs for Christmas will be posted on the site.  All domestic orders ship via USPS Priority mail and have a 2-3 day transit time.  Tracking information is provided.

Custom Orders

 - Most leather items are available in custom sizes.  Additional fees will be determined depending on the size needed.  There are NO returns on custom orders.
